Eligible Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging. Approval is subject to verification by our team.
Opened Products Are Not Returnable
For hygiene and safety, a product is not eligible for return after its seal or packaging has been opened. This includes consumable products, oils, syrups and personalised items.
Record an Unboxing Video
Record one continuous video before opening the parcel. Clearly show the shipping label, sealed package, opening process, product and any damage, leakage, missing item or incorrect item. Requests without clear unboxing evidence may not be accepted.

Complete the form below with your order details and unboxing video. Submitting evidence does not automatically guarantee a return or refund; our team will review it and contact you.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refund timing and method will be confirmed by our team after the returned item is inspected.
